Anna-Lucia Mackay

Anna-Lucia is Managing Director of HCM Global, widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading Human Capital Management companies. Anna-Lucia also directs the Just-In-Time® Learning Program, a leading edge on-line learning facility created to support and develop managers, team leaders and future managers in the workplace.

Educated in the United Kingdom and Australia, Anna-Lucia holds post graduate qualifications in Business Management and Adult Education.

Commencing her management consulting career in 1992, Anna-Lucia has consulted in the fields of Human Capital Management strategy and Learning and Development to many of Australia’s leading companies. Her industry experience includes Banking and Finance, Marketing, Publishing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services and Government sectors.

Since 2001, HCM Global has been the recipient of numerous awards in the areas of Human Capital Management strategy and Learning and Development design excellence, and today, consults to many of Australia’s leading organisations.

As Managing Director, Anna-Lucia is involved in all aspects of running HCM Global and Just-In-Time® Learning and speaks nationally and internationally on best practice Management and Leadership practices, Adult Learning and Emotional Intelligence.

Shiraz Contractor

Shiraz joined HCM Global in 2003 after graduating with a Bachelor of Economics (Industrial Relations & HR) from the University of Sydney. Whilst completing her studies, Shiraz worked for Westpac Bank in their retail and business banking divisions.

Today, as Program Director, Shiraz is responsible for all areas of instructional design, client relationship management, project implementation and the Just-in-Time Learning program.

With expertise in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Frontline Management, Shiraz works closely with major accounts including Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Nestle, to deliver organisation wide training solutions with measureable results.

Shiraz also consults in adult education across key industries including Banking & Finance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Local Government and Not-for-Profit organisations.

Susie Mills

With over 20 years Marketing experience, Susie has worked for major FMCG companies such as Glaxo SmithKine (UK), Unilever Australia, Goodman Fielder Australia and as Marketing Director for the PBL Group.

Susie’s expertise lies within brand strategy development, portfolio management, international brand alignment, media and creative planning, acquisition and new market strategic development. 

In 2006 Susie moved into the Learning & Development field taking up roles based in Australia and South East Asia working with Unilever, Bovis Lend Lease, Burger King, Philips, Aviva and The Singapore Repertory Theatre.

In 2009 Susie joined the Just-in-Time Learning Team as a Lead facilitator and Sales & Marketing Specialist.

Mark Chamberlain

Mark is the Lead Consultant for HCM Global and is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of all HCM Global programs. Mark is also a well established career coach delivering a variety of programs for all levels of staff within a wide range of industries.

Mark holds formal qualifications in Life Styles Inventory 1 & 2, Emotional Intelligence, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), DiSC, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Workplace Training & Assessment, Human Resource Management, Adult Education and Teaching.
