Anna-Lucia is Managing Director of HCM Global, widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading Human Capital Management companies.
Educated in the United Kingdom and Australia, Anna-Lucia holds post graduate qualifications in Business Management and Adult Education.
Commencing her management consulting career in 1992, Anna-Lucia has consulted in the fields of Human Capital Management strategy and Learning and Development to many of Australia’s leading companies. Her industry experience includes Banking and Finance, Marketing, Publishing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services and Government sectors.
Since 2001, HCM Global has been the recipient of numerous awards in the areas of Human Capital Management strategy and Learning and Development design excellence, and today, consults to many of Australia’s leading organisations.
As Managing Director, Anna-Lucia is involved in all aspects of running HCM Global and speaks nationally and internationally on best practice Management and Leadership practices, as well as Emotional Intelligence. |
