Her industry experience includes Banking and Finance, Marketing, Publishing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services and Government sectors.

Mark has been a Learning Consultant and Facilitator for HCM Global since 2002.

Bo Hanson has been a Learning Consultant and Facilitator for HCM Global since 2003.

As a four time Olympic Rower and specialist business trainer, Bo draws on his experiences as a world-class athlete to inspire and motivate others to strive for the highest levels of performance in their chosen fields.

Mary has been a Learning Consultant and Facilitator for HCM Global since 2003.

Mary has worked extensively throughout Australia, Canada and the UK delivering an innovative approach to human resource development, career coaching and designing and delivering flexible learning solutions across a number of industries and business.

Mary holds formal qualifications in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Workplace Assessment & Training and Emotional Intelligence.

Susie is a Facilitator for HCM Global.

With over 20 years Marketing experience, Susie has worked for major FMCG companies such as Glaxo SmithKine (UK), Unilever Australia, Goodman Fielder Australia and as Marketing Director for the PBL Group.

Susie's expertise lies within brand strategy development, portfolio management, international brand alignment, media and creative planning, acquisition and new market strategic development.

In 2006 Susie moved into the Learning & Development field, taking up roles based in Australia and South East Asia with companies including: Unilever, Bovis Lend Lease, Burger King, Philips, Aviva and The Singapore Repertory Theatre.

In 2009 Susie joined the Just-in-Time Learning® Team as a lead facilitator and sales and marketing specialist.

Andréa has been a Consultant and Facilitator with HCM Global since 2005.

Andrea holds formal qualifications in Strategic Marketing Management, Science (Honours) and Virology.  Andrea is also accredited in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Andrea's areas of expertise include: Adult Learning, Leadership, Change Managment, Career Coaching and Communciations.

Kate has been a Consultant with HCM Global since 2006.

She has over 15 years experience as a practicing psychologist and is highly qualified in all areas of human development.

Kate holds post graduate qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Marketing and Training in addition to a Masters in Human Resource Management and Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney.

Isabelle has been a Facilitator with HCM Global since 2007.

Isabelle has over 15 years experience in HR management and consulting roles across government and corporate arenas. She holds formal qualifications in Training, Coaching, Psychometrics and Type.

Her human resources management experience includes: leading learning and development divisions, managing successful recruitment businesses, implementing large-scale change management projects and facilitating leadership development in managers through training and career coaching.

Joanna is a Consultant Events Manager to HCM Global.

She is a qualified Events Manager and has worked in the field for over 10 years, managing and designing major, national events.

Since 2007, Joanna has managed events and marketing initiatives for HCM Global and Just-In-Time® Learning, a division of HCM Global, launched in 2009.

Maria has worked in HR, Business Development and Customer Service for over 15 years.

She has worked for leading multi national companies in Australia and currently leads the Just-In-Time® Learning customer service team in Australia.

Rohan has been a consultant website developer and online learnng systems developer for HCM Global since 2005.

With seven years experience in the web development industry, Rohan now runs Elure which services HCM Global and a range of clients.  Rohan has assisted companies to achieve their on-line goals and to achieve effective solutions.

In 2007, Rohan assisted HCM Global with an online learning facility, the Just-In-Time® Learning Program which was launched in 2009.
